Event Cancellation

• Host Cancellation: In the rare case that the event is canceled by the hosts, we honor your commitment by offering a full refund or credit for a future gathering, as guided by your preference.

• Attendee Cancellation: We understand that life’s flow can bring unexpected changes. If you need to cancel, please do so with at least 48 hours’ notice, and we will gratefully offer a 50% credit towards a future event. For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event, we humbly ask for your understanding that no credit will be given, as we have prepared space and resources for your participation.

Responsibility and Well-being

• You are entering this sacred space with the intention of deep connection and transformation. Please participate mindfully, taking full responsibility for your own physical, emotional, and energetic well-being throughout the event. We, as facilitators, hold space but cannot be held liable for any personal experiences, injuries, or outcomes that arise on your journey.

Sacred Privacy

• Your personal information is held with utmost respect and will only be used to communicate with you regarding this event and future offerings. We honor your privacy as part of our conscious community and will not share your details without your consent.

Community and Conduct

• We welcome you into this sacred circle with open hearts and ask that you treat this space, the facilitators, and your fellow participants with kindness, respect, and presence. Any behavior that disrupts the energy of the gathering may lead to a gentle request for you to leave, in alignment with the intention of maintaining a harmonious collective experience. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.
